Tax Litigation & Dispute Junior Associate

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Senior Associate in preparing Objection Letters, Requests for Cancellation of Tax Assessment Notices (SKP) or Tax Collection Notices (STP), Appeals/Lawsuits, and Judicial Review Memos/Counter-Memos by preparing and drafting formal documents.
  • Prepare Discussions or Hearings by compiling and verifying supporting documents in Written Explanations.
  • Completing dispute-related data, such as vouching documents, data recap, and processing basic data as Examiners/Researchers/Panels requested.
  • Drafting the Completion Report.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Fiscal Administration/Taxation with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have a grip on applicable Tax Regulations
  • Understanding of Financial Statement Preparation
  • Good proficiency in English
