Job Description
- Analyze clients’ financial situations, functions, risks, business cycles, inter-company agreements, relevant internal documents, or actual conduct of clients.
- Perform Transfer Pricing analysis (including functional analysis, industry research, and benchmarking studies) and adjustments.
- Prepare and/or review Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Assist in the application and process for Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).
- Prepare and/or review advisory reports.
- Assist in preparing for recommending planning opportunities for clients.
- Participate actively in client interviews and discussions to identify and assess reviewed matters.
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
- Assist in tax audit and dispute resolution.
- Train and lead staff, contributing to developing your and the team’s technical acumen.
- Work closely with the Supervisor of the Transfer Pricing team to provide leadership to the staff.
- Heavily involved at all stages of the project lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent accounting understanding.
- Excellent business diagnostic, analytical, and logical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong commitment and flexibility to work in a challenging professional environment.
- Excellent correspondence, report writing, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with pressing deadlines.
