Job Description

  • Oversee the analysis of clients’ financial situations, functions, risks, business cycles, inter-company agreements, and actual conduct.
  • Supervise Transfer Pricing analysis, including functional analysis, industry research, benchmarking studies, and adjustments.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of Transfer Pricing documentation prepared by the team.
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of deliverables for Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).
  • Assist in recommending Transfer Pricing planning opportunities for clients.
  • Help in assist in tax audit and dispute resolution.
  • Lead client interviews and discussions to identify and assess Transfer Pricing matters.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key clients.
  • Mentor and develop staff, enhancing their technical acumen and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with Managers and above to provide strategic leadership to the Transfer Pricing team.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple Transfer Pricing projects simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and keep stakeholders informed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Fiscal Administration, Taxation, Law, or a related discipline.
  • GPA of at least 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Minimum of 3,5 years of working experience in Transfer Pricing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, local and international tax laws, Transfer Pricing concepts, and OECD TP guidelines.
  • Proficiency in benchmarking, market research, and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong report writing skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with pressing deadlines.
