Biography

More than 30 years of experience working at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE); his experience spans various domains within the organization. These include overseeing tasks ranging from HS (Goods Classification), inspection of import documents and related permits, checking import documents Bonded Zones, KITE Facilities, Temporary Storage Place (TPS), Customs Area licensing services, and spearheading the transformation from the Indonesian Import Customs Tariff Book (BTMI) to the Indonesian Customs Tariff Book (BKTI).

Additionally, He served as the representative of DGCE and the Ministry of Finance at the Indonesian Consulate General in Hong Kong, covering the PRC (Mainland China), Mongolia, Macau, and Taiwan, as well as representing Indonesia at international meetings at the World Customs Organization and APEC. His role encompassed representing and leading the Customs and Excise negotiating team in international discussions such as the Indonesia-EU CEPA and other multilateral collaborations.
