Witra is a seasoned professional with 14 years of experience at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE), specializing in inventory management system, export-import facilities, and customs & excise regulations.

Over the years, Witra has been actively involved in drafting regulations related to export import facilities and excise, playing a critical role in shaping policies that ensure smooth compliance with national and international standards.

Witra has provided strategic support in the establishment of 13 tobacco companies and 7 manufacturing firms, guiding them through the regulatory landscape and helping to ensure efficient business operations within the customs and excise framework. This hands-on involvement has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the complexities companies face when navigating these regulations. As part of his expertise, he has also played a crucial role in assisting businesses in obtaining important facilities such as AEO, SEZ, and other customs and excise facilities.
