Job Summary

The Personal Assistant provides operational, administrative, and strategic support to the Managing Director, including cross-functional coordination, research, and document preparation, and serves as back-up support for the Personal Assistant function as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of a structured marketing function, including CRM utilization to
    improve marketing efficiency and operational workflows.
  • Liaise with the Corporate Secretary, Business Development, and IT teams to coordinate
    cross-functional tasks and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct research on regulatory developments (Tax/Energy/Investment), market trends, and
    business opportunities.
  • Draft and review professional documents including but not limited to policy papers, feasibility
    studies, business proposals, and legal correspondence both in English and Indonesian.
  • Summarize reports into concise executive briefings and track the progress of strategic initiatives
    on behalf of the Co-Founder.
  • Provide back-up coverage for Personal Assistant duties, including:
    • Managing an active, complex calendar and resolving scheduling conflicts.
    • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics.
    • Acting as the primary point of contact between the Co-Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Company.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or International
    Relations from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of working experience. Background in Consulting Firms, Law
    Firms, Professional Services, or fast-paced Startups is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to use Generative AI (ChatGPT/Claude) for professional
    productivity (research, drafting, summarizing).
  • Professional fluency in English and Indonesian (Written & Spoken) is mandatory. The
    ability to draft formal business documents is a must.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google
    Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
