Job description
- Lead online and offline client acquisition initiatives by developing and managing sales funnels to drive consistent pipeline growth.
- Proactively generate leads through cold outreach, networking, partnerships, events, and market intelligence to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders to optimize conversion process, meeting setting, and client relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with the Research, Strategy, and Development team to align outreach activities with the firm’s market positioning, target segments, and strategic insights.
- Prepare tailored sales materials including capability presentations, proposals, and value-based communication for prospective clients.
- Support planning and execution of marketing initiatives such as business forums, seminars, email campaigns, and other outbound activities to enhance brand visibility.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Related Fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive presentation skills.
- Proven ability in proactive outreach (cold calling, networking, and partnership building).
- High initiative, results-driven, and motivated to achieve client acquisition targets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand corporate functions and identify client needs.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset to assess market opportunities and lead-quality potential.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and able to work cross-functionally with strategy, marketing, and technical teams.
