Job Description
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of clients’ financial situations, functions, risks, and business cycles.
- Perform Transfer Pricing analysis, including functional analysis, industry research, benchmarking studies, and adjustments.
- Prepare detailed Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and process for Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).
- Help assist in tax audit and dispute resolution.
- Participate actively in client meetings and discussions to identify and assess Transfer Pricing matters.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
- Support and/or prepare advisory reports.
- Support senior team members in delivering high-quality Transfer Pricing services.
- Mentor and guide junior associates, contributing to their technical development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience and background as an Auditor/TP Consultant/Business Consultant.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience involving the ability to understand working papers, financial statements, trial balances, and bookkeeping processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
- Good accounting understanding.
- Excellent business diagnostic, analytical, and logical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong commitment and flexibility to work in a challenging professional environment.
- Excellent correspondence, report writing, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Have the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work collaboratively with team members.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Have the willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
