Job Description
As a Transfer Pricing Associate at TaxPrime, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their transfer pricing needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in interviews with clients to gather relevant financial and operational information.
- Conducting Functional Analysis and Risk (FAR) assessment to understand the functions performed, assets used, and risks assumed by related parties.
- Performing comprehensive searches for comparable companies and conducting industrial analysis to determine arm’s length prices.
- Drafting Transfer Pricing Documentation to comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Preparing and submitting data to the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) for compliance purposes.
- Crafting arguments and supporting documentation to defend transfer pricing policies during tax audits.
- Conducting extensive research on domestic and international tax regulations, tax treaties, and other transfer pricing-related matters.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Fiscal Administration, Taxation, Law, Accounting, or Business Management from a reputable public or private university, either domestically or abroad.
- A minimum of one year of practical experience in the field of Transfer Pricing.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- A passion for English writing and an interest in Transfer Pricing.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in taxation and accounting software.
- In-depth knowledge of domestic and international tax regulations, including OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
- Familiarity with various Transfer Pricing methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
