Ponco was previously employed at Indonesia Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) as tax auditor and account representative. After his 22 years of dedication at DGT, Ponco joined TaxPrime in 2018.
With his long experience in taxation, Ponco has been involved in various cases in compliance, audit, objection, and appeal. Through his experiences in handling cases, Ponco gains his expertise 0n personal income tax, corporate income tax, Withholding Tax And Value Added Tax. As one of TaxPrime leaders, Ponco leads the Tax Compliance & Audit team to handle clients’ cases in Tax Controversy, General Corporate Tax, Individual Tax, Withholding Tax, and Indirect Tax.
To accommodate his practice, Poncho has completed a number of courses in Tax Audit and Dispute Training, Transfer Pricing & International Tax Training, Bonded Zone Training, Free Trade Zone Training and Influential Leadership His experience at both DGT and TaxPrime has helped him to successfully assist clients’ cases as Ponco is able to understand the interest of both tax authority and client.
