Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain online and offline customer funnel monitoring tools (CRM)
- Setting budgets and targets such as KPIs, CaCs
- Decide timely Marketing & Brand strategy for the entire company and each division
- Planning, managing, and evaluating marketing activities with the appropriate metrics that align with the company’s goals
- Conducting timely market research, and regular monitoring of industry trends, customer behavior & competitors
- Ensuring adequate technology implementation for Marketing purposes
- Coordinate regularly with Corporate Secretary and Managing Partners to leverage client acquisition and retention
- Conduct periodical surveys to measure customer satisfaction and service quality
- Identify potential partners, clients, and collaborators within the tax and financial industry.
- Planning Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly campaign strategy, and evaluate the marketing campaigns
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Fields
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with high fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience in leading a high multitude of marketing projects, as well as managing teams and budgets, and conducting market research
- Prior exposure to the tax industry will be highly advantaged
- Proficiency in SEO, Social Media, and other online marketing tools, and monitoring tools such as CRM and BI Tools
- Strong analytical skills, with adeptness in reading customer behaviors and market trends
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
